I am a workout fanatic. I am so hesitant to buy expensive workout balls because no matter how great the quality is, they always eventually pop. I chose this one because it was cheap, to be honest, and even though it was one of the cheapest on Amazon, I am very happy with the quality of this fitness ball. I'm 5'3" so the 55cm ball is perfect, it could even be a little smaller. Remember, you don't want it to be too big, that makes ab work too easy. All in all, great quality for the price, the pink color matches my other workout stuff, and the size is perfect.

I wanted to get a stability ball to work on at home. I was not able to figure out which size ball I should take for my height. I looked around and people said different things. I decided to buy this 65 cm ball and it was perfect for my height. It looked big after I inflate it, but when I worked out on it, it was perfect for my height. I am 5'10" btw.

I have seen people complaining about the pump. I don't know what they are expecting. You would, of course, not get a $10 pump with a $16 stability ball. The pump which comes with this ball worked fine, at least for me. Yes, it is small pump and it is a workout in itself to inflate the ball with a this pump (because it's a small pump and you have pump a lot), but I did inflate the ball. The pump didn't break or anything. And you don't inflate-deflate a stability ball on daily basis, until and unless that is what you do for a time pass.

I would recommend this product for someone who is 5'8"-6" tall.
